From Commerce to Counselling

 

After graduating in Commerce and completing a Diploma in Human Resources from NMIMS Mumbai, I began my professional journey with an enriching 8-year career as a Recruitment Consultant. I specialized in hiring IT professionals across various roles and domains, gaining a deep understanding of both industry expectations and individual potential.

 

A Pause to Prioritize

Life took a beautiful turn when I chose to pause my career to focus on raising my two daughters. During this time, I embraced my role as a mother wholeheartedly, while also reflecting on my own aspirations and deeper purpose.

 

A Turning Point During the Pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic became a period of transformation. I realized that my true passion lay in guiding, uplifting, and empowering others—especially students and young professionals. My empathetic nature and love for helping people led me to discover the power of coaching and career counselling.
